Step 5: Tidying Up

On the Visio toolbar, select:
Triaster > Auto-layout.

Process Navigator automatically lays out the process for you as shown below.

TIP: On an A4 sheet, the rule of thumb is to have no more than four columns of Activities and 5 columns of Deliverables This will ensure the map is centred on the page and looks uniform.

Your process map is now complete!
